HI, my web importer has not working since I changed my email address. When I try to save a document directly from the web, the web importer window opens but only "save as pdf" appears blinking.

Since yesterday the web importer (Firefox)does not work. It looks like it is trying to import (no error message) but only shows the floating dots. I can access my library though. Is there any general problem with the importer or has something been changes during the last days?

I have the Mendeley Desktop on my personal PC and love the bibtex it automatically creates which I can use in my latex documents easily. On my work computer I am not allowed to install any external software. Is there a way to export that same bibtex from Mendeley web that the desktop produces automatically?

shared web space increase
I was suggested to upgrade plan in order to have more shared web space as I ran out of 100 Mb. After buying Plus plan I still can't store my data. Also there is no information how much shared space is available for each plan. Also in my settings I can't find where is the information about my current plan and limits.

Recently Added folder and folder residence
How come the "recently added" folder does not appear on Mendeley Web version, but it does appear on the desktop and mobile app? It would be very helpful especially when trying to track and manage recently added articles, and to see if those added on desktop for example are syncing to the web version. Is there something I can do to make it show up?
Also is there a way of seeing in what folder or folders an article resides? It doesn't seem like that is a parameter that is displayed anywhere. Wouldn't this be helpful when trying to clean up duplicates?

For at least a month now I have not been able to add references from Mendeley web to my library. Mendeley has known about this issue for weeks, as there are plenty of posts on here about it. Can you please tell me if anyone is working on this or if I should switch to a different service?

Saving references to my library from Mendeley search
I keep trying to save references following searching for the paper on Mendeley (webpage) search tool. Once I find the paper I click on save reference and it says failed, and has not saved to my library. I don't know why this keeps on happening.

Is there any option delete the Mendeley Web Trash through a single click (Empty Trash)?
I see "Empty Trash" in Mendeley Desktop, but not in Mendeley Web. Is there any shortcut way to delete all trash documents through a single click.
If the functionality is not available, is there any way to increase the default pagination count of 50 to 100,200...

When I try to import a list of references from Web of Science to Mendeley, the message I receive is "Bibliographic metadata could not be detected. Create metadata below to enhance the quality of this resource."
Any help with this?
Specfically, I would like to import an entire reference list of a review paper so that I can read them in Mendeley desktop.

Export bibliography
Dear Mendeley Support,
NEED HELP!!
I need to export a bibliography without using a plugin. I have had no trouble with this previously, I have simply selected the papers from my library and copy and pasted, which has given me a list of full references. For some reason this is no longer working; when I right click there is no copy option.
I am actually using MS Word however I have an old computer and when I initially tried to download the plugin MS word would not load at all. I can't risk this happening again as I am writing my dissertation.
If you have suggestions for the latter that's great but please treat these as separate issues, I still need to know how to export references from web Mendeley.

I dont see the new "Manage Sources" in Word. I have desinstalled/reinstalled the Word Plugin but nothing has changed ?
