Notes section
When I type in notes section on right hand side panel when item selected - it sometimes saves as I type and I see the word 'saving' on top of the panel, but at other times this does not work and I lose the notes that I have typed. Can you provide a solution for this.

Image overlaps with captions when importing pdf
I imported: https://papers.nips.cc/paper/6957-high-order-attention-models-for-visual-question-answering.pdf to mendeley. Unfortunately, figures are intersecting with the images. Is there a way to import the pdf as-is?

Web importer Chrome extension
When I try to use the Chrome extension to import papers from Scopus database, the window which opens keep asking me to login/create a free mendeley account even though I am already logged into my own account on the Mendeley website. I have tried multiple times loggin without any success. I have also try re-downloading the Chrome extension but it keeps asking me to sign in.

How to use web importer with researchgate?
I have tried to use Mendeley Web Importer to download a reference to a paper available on ResearchGate. However, when pressing the Mendeley Import button in Chrome the add-on window was without any fields. In case of other resources (e.g., ScienceDirect, Web of Science, ...) it works. Is there a problem with importing references from ResearchGate?

Constantly Crashing
I am having massive issues with Mendeley today. It keeps crashing randomly, sometimes as soon as I open it, other times half way through reading a document. All my papers are stored here so very inconvenient. There is no pattern to it, has done it on multiple files, and I have tried Chrome and Explorer.

Web Importer not working
I am unable to grap papers with the mendeley web importer on chrome or firefox. When I click the importer, the pop up shows up and then nothing happens. Tried it on a friends computer and its the same issue. Tried redownloading the importer but this didn't help. Please fix this, thanks.

Re-link files to entries from sorted library folder?
I have all the PDF documents for my reference entries saved and organised by Mendeley in a library folder, sorted by author, year etc. using only Mendeley's own sorting system.
For some reason, most of my entries in my Mendeley app 'lost' their file a while ago. I'm not sure if this was because I installed it on a new laptop (I did back-up and sync everything correctly) or if that's related to issues with the latest update I have read about, e.g. here: http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/questions/17159462-lost-downloaded-pdf-files
The files are also gone from my Web library and from my Mendeley app on my old laptop.
In any case: I still have all the files on my computer in a backup folder and they are still sorted the way Mendeley sorts them. My question is: Is there a way to make Mendeley realise that all these files are there and add them back to their entries in Mendeley?
I have tried simply copying the folders and files into the Mendeley library folder, but Mendeley doesn't seem to recognise that the files are there. If I take a file and drop it into Mendeley, it adds it as a new entry (plus all my annotations are gone). Please tell me there is a way to have this done automatically, such as 'Import files from library' or something … I don't want to re-link over 1.000 documents to their entry manually and re-do all my marking and annotations. :S
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How can I remove a WRONG co-author from my co-author list? Can this be done at all? I saw a few questions raised on how to correct or remove errors in the co-author list, but I CANNOT SEE ANY real ANSWER. Can someone or the Mendeley SUPPORT TEAM answer this question? If it cannot be done, then simply say so - PLEASE.

Mendeley password won't work
Hi there,
I'm a librarian at Western Michigan University who serves as our unofficial Mendeley support person. My colleague Carrie Leatherman (carrie.leatherman@wmich.edu) can successfully login to Mendeley Desktop, but when she tries login to Mendeley web using the exact same password it will not work in M. Web.
In addition, a colleague of hers has invited her to a private group. My Colleague Carrie has received the group invitation but can't accept it because again Mendeley Web will not accept her password.
Can you please check her account and figure out what is the problem? She cannot even access this support page because Mendeley web won't let her login.

"Email us", "Help" and login not working! Please help!
Hi,
I am using Mac and can synchronize my desktop version under login ga_stizheva@yahoo.com and password I've used for last 8 years for my Mendeley account. However, I cannot login to the website (new Elsevier login page recognizes my email as login, but says my password is incorrect). I've tried Safari and Chrome, both on Mac platform.
I've tried to reset my password, the link I've got within email opens a page with "We're sorry, but an error has occurred. Please try again." message. Clicking on the "Help" link on the same page results in the same message.
I've found "Email us" on this page, it opens the form with crappy partially fillable form fields (overlapping text all over) and found after I fill it out with my info, button "Contact us" does not work - nothing happens, the link in the button is dead!
I had to create a separate login to Mendeley in order to somehow contact developers. Please fix the multiple issues with access to Mendeley. Again, I have this account for more than 8 years and contributed to the glory of Mendeley by advertising it to my colleagues. Now I start to feel regretting about it.

Internal server error
Dear Mendeley support staff,
My Mendeley plugin and Mendeley desktop work well, however the Webpage doesn´t let me log in for at least over a month now. Every time I try to log in, the message "We're experiencing an internal server problem within Mendeley. Our team has been notified and we will do our best to make sure it does not happen again." shows up. At first I though it was just the site crashing, but I haven´t seen anyone else commenting with the same problem, so I´m starting to believe that it is specifically my account which has a problem.
