I am editing a CSL file in the Mendeley CSL editor but when I try to save the file the editor tells me that authorisation is required. Changes are not saved.

The message "Error 429 Activex Component Can’t Create Object" appears when I try add a citation. I read some question posts, but the sugestions did not work in my case.

View research catalogue entry for this paper
Hi
In Mendeley desktop, when clicking on a document, in the details tab, below the list of authors, there is an option to click :"View research catalogue entry for this paper"
Following this link, takes one to the Mendeley catalogue entry for the document, importantly where the number of citations of the document is shown.
This link is not present in Mendeley Web. I am I just missing it somewhere? Or is it not there?
Ideally I would just like to see a column in both Mendeley Desktop or Mendeley Web libraries where number of citations is listed, but the next best would be able to go via a single click from Mendeley Web document, to the Mendeley catalogue for the document, so I can see the citation count

Save to mendeley doesn't work
Few days ago, 'save to mendeley' doesn't work. In detail, it showed the 'save' button when I pressed 'save to mendeley' before. But now, it doesn't show the 'save' button and keeps loading and loading. I don't know what I have to do.

Synchronize mendeley desktop with mendeley library
Dear
I have installed mendeley last year on my PC at home, and it worked fine.
Now I want to have it working on my computer at work. I reinstalled Mendeley desktop here and I retrieved all the references I added before (but without PDF attachments).
I reinstalled the webimporter (via Chrome) and the Word-importer.
However, when I select new references via Pubmed, they appear to be saved on my Mendeley online library, but I cannot get them synchronized into the reference list on Mendeley Desktop.
Could you help me out with this?

Web importer is not working
Hi,
I installed updated version of Mendeley Web importer in Chrome. However, I can't login inside the web importer. I can login to the web browser (chrome) and desktop. Please let me know if there is any problem.

In trying to import using google chrome web importer, it keeps asking me to sign in but doesn't actually give me a mechanism to sign in. I'm signed in online and tried changing the cookies setting, but it's still not working. Help! I'm new to Mendeley and this is very frustrating as a first experience...
