Highlights not working in column with figure or table.

It has been a year and there is no indication that a solution was given so I am bring it back up.

bug report: automatic folder deletion
I had a folder and yesterday created five subfolders and uploaded a bunch of files to those subfolders through the web interface, because I know the desktop interface is just buggy and doesn't work right, yet. I trusted the web interface to be stable. It seems it isn't, which is sad, to say the least. Anyways, 50 of the ~ 140 new files are still there, but only in `all documents` and the subfolders and the folder in question are nowhere to be found.
Chronology in list form for your convenience:
some time in the past: creation of empty folder 'Mo'
yesterday: creation of subfolders 'su1', 'su2' ... to 'Mo'
upload of pdfs to subfolders
today: subfolders and 'Mo' and majority of newly
uploaded files have vanished

Reference file in .ris format is not opening
I have downloaded several references from the library catalogue in a .ris file, however when I try to upload it to Mendeley web, the page seems to read the file but none of the references contained in it appear in "All documents" or anywhere else in the screen. What can be the cause? Do I need to use the desktop version for this?

I try to import a document by URL (https://www.mendeley.com/import/?url=https://idus.us.es/xmlui/handle/11441/16805), but article title is not recover propertly. In this case, web importer recovers the metadata "citation_journal_title" instead "citation_title" as article title

Plugin download error
I cannot download the citation plugin. The plugin download page (https://www.mendeley.com/download) gives the error "Unrecognised path". Is there another download link or is this just a glitch in the site that needs to be fixed?

Researchgate blocking Mendeley plugin?
When Researchgate sends an e-mail about a citation,
the link goes to the citing article.
If it's of interest, I want to add it to Mendeley library.
But the Mendeley plug-in is mysteriously suddenly disabled.
I don't see that with any other site.
Is this intentional on the part of Researchgate?

Two accounts with same email
Hello,
I have an account and the Mendeley desktop and plug in for Chrome. Today I tried using the plugin and it asked me to sign in, I thought it was just the usual sign in, but it asked first and last name and actually opened a new account. So now I have two accounts on the same email with the same password, I am not clear on how this can happen. My main problem is that now every reference I same from the Chrome plug-in does not sync with my desktop. I thought about deleting the desktop app but I don't want to loose all the files I already have there.
I will appreciate your help with resolving this problem. The best thing for me will be to delete this new account.

PDF file of the paper is not downloading
My mendeley account is not downloading pdf files now? It is copying the reference only. I do have the institutional login. I want the papers to be downloaded for further reading later on.
