For the last few days, articles that are already in my library will not open. The new tab will open, but the page just continues to buffer. When I have been able to open a document, while I'm reading the page refreshes on it's own and then won't reload but just buffers.
I'm not having any other issues, that I can tell. Any idea why this might be happening?

Overleaf integration - escaping Latex characters
Hi,
I'm using overleaf integration to import my library as a .bib
On my desktop I have Mendeley set to NOT escape latex characters and I'm expecting my titles etc to be rendered as latex. The generated .bib files are fine on my computer locally, but when imported from the cloud into overleaf the latex characters are all escaped so they appear in the rendered document. I don't know if I've missed the setting somewhere in Mendeley web or perhaps on the Overleaf side, but this seems odd as the default behaviour for use in Latex.
The work around of simply using my local bib file and uploading it is fine, but I wanted to raise the issue.

Web importer not logging in
Hi,
My Mendeley web importer is failing to log in when I am trying to upload a file to Mendeley desktop. When I click "log in", it seems to successfully log in without issue on the Mendeley website but my web importer just stays logged out. I have tried syncing and replacing the "save to Mendeley" bookmark, but that doesn't work.
Any help is much appreciated! Cheers.

Web importer let's me download only related articles
Hello there,
the mendeley web importer for firefox does not let me import the (nature geoscience) article I am choosing, but exclusively the related articles.
It is like the respective field on the sidebar went missing.
This is not new, but even freshly downloading the web importer did not help.

Web importer not working in chrome
Hello,
I've been having an issue similar to this one: http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/questions/17118459-web-importer-not-logging-in, however since that thread was locked I couldn't comment on it. Basically I have the Mendeley Web Importer installed on chrome. When I click on it, it asks to log-in. I sign in, but then the extension kind of freezes up and doesn't log in. The same thing happens with my bookmarklet.
Is there a fix for this?

Folders appear on Mendeley Desktop but not on Mendeley Web
New user here...I've dowloaded Mendeley Desktop for Windows. I've organized my library into folders but on Mendeley Web they appear only as unsorted references without the folders.
Is there a way to sync the folder organization from Desktop to Web?

How do I move folders back to the top level?
I accidentally dragged a folder into another one, nesting it. It's now a subfolder of that folder. How do I move it back to the top level via web interface? I tried doing it via Desktop interface too, but I was unable to.
Whatever the solution is, I can guarantee the developers that it is not very intuitive.

Web Importer not loading on certain pages
Hi
The web importer (Chrome) doesn't load on the following page: https://uwaterloo.ca/centre-for-teaching-excellence/teaching-resources/teaching-tips/educational-technologies/all/eportfolios
In fact, the importer doesn't work on any part of the www.uwaterloo.ca site (that I can find).
Is there a fix for this?

Unable to import any collection into Mendeley web
In the Mendeley web version under the "add" button (top left) there are various import options - none of which actually does anything :( ?
I have endnote xaml and ris files each containing dozens of references exported out from endnote, but when I open those nothing happens.
And I was unable to locate any help anywhere on the web that would explain how one could upload many references stored in a ris or xml file.
So how does import work?

Advanced search gone
Hi,
There was a time when using the web version had an advanced search option. I've noticed other users asking about this too and their questions remain unanswered. This was a very useful and vital part of the search function which is especially useful for setting certain delimiters. Are you planning on re-enabling it any time soon?

Error "something went wrong during the import"
Trying to import a .bib file using the "Add"-"Import Bibtex" option, but all I get is the error message "something went wrong during the import" which is not terribly helpful. The bibtex file I want to import works fine in latex and works fine in JabRef.

Syncing doesn't work properly
I have accidentally put a folder to watch that had many files that I don't need in my Mendley. These have been downloaded to my desktop Mendeley and synchronized to the Web. Although I've fixed this (and got rid of the files on my desktop Mendeley) they keep being downloaded to my desktop.
Same thing happens with duplicates that I got rid of and keep coming back.
Any advice on this will be much appreciated!
