I recently made the mistake of trying to open an XML from ERIC (https://eric.ed.gov/?download) with Mendeley desktop. The result was hundreds of thousands of empty references being generated in a reference database that synced to Mendelley online. I reset my account because it was impossible to remove so many references. But now when I attempt to sync my desktop and online accounts I get the error message above.
No idea whats going on, I would appreciate any help.

Help, I lost all my library in mendeley web. It is possible restore it?
Hi,
Today I try to open my mendeley desktop but it works incorrectly. Them I restore a backup, durint this process it had been delete my library database in mendeley web. The result is that in this moment when I disconnect my laptot to network and I try to restore old database it works correctly, but when I connect again to network, all data is delete again. It is a disaster, because them I lost all my organization structure.
Could you restore my library in web? I thing with this solution, when I connect again to the network, the mendeley desktop will be work correctly

Failed to delete several references
I'm unable to delete 7 document from the web library. if i click on them it says document not found and i can't move them to a different folder or delete them. Adding a PDF is also not possible. This is annoying as **** as the only option seems to be to close the account and open a new one

How do I find my archived items?
When use the "Tidy Up" feature, I manage to "Archive Unused Files". However, I'd like to see these files and copy them somewhere else. How to do this? I can't seem to locate these files. Thank you.

Search for papers when in Library
I don't know if it is me but when I am on the Library tab, the search button disappears. I mean the Search field changes from 'Search for papers and stuff' mode to 'Search in my Library' mode. So if I am in the Library and I want to search for a papers (not in my Library, in mendeley search engine), I need to go to any other tab first, and then Search.
This is really annoying, unless there is a thing I missed..
For the rest, Mendeley is awesome, especially for the integration with Overleaf.

My Publications not syncing
Mendeley is not syncing any of the PDFs from the journal articles that I have placed in the "My Publications" folder. Why is that? I'm not trying to share them with the world - just organize them for my own use. What am I doing wrong here?

How can I open my library references as a fulltext e.g. in crossref/pubmed or the journal website?
In refworks, it is possible to find a reference in your library and then open it in pubmed or get the full text online via sfx. I cannot find a way to do this in Mendeley. I don't always have the reference as a pdf in my library and need to get the full text online instead.
Also when reading a pdf in Mendeley, I can't seem to copy text like I can in adobe reader. Please advise.

In Stat folder of my web mendeley (I just use it), there is information about a paper not-mine! How I correct that?
